Dr Oh will spend time with you to obtain a full medical history of your area of concern, perform a detailed examination and review your imaging.
If you require surgery, Dr Oh will discuss this with you at length.
Please wear clothing that allows for examination of your hip, knee or other problem joint.

Referral letter from your doctor.
This referral allows you to claim a portion of your consultation fee through Medicare and gives Dr Oh important information regarding your conditionMedicare card and or DVA card

Recent scans and reports - X-rays / CT / MRI.

You will be asked to complete an online registration form, which will be emailed to you once your appointment has been scheduled. This includes important demographic details and your medical history.
If you prefer to complete this in paper format, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to your first appointment to complete the registration form and health questionnaire.

Dr Oh is able to see Mandarin speaking patients.
For patients who prefer to communicate in other languages, interpreter services can be arranged to facilitate clear and effective communication.

Following your consultation, if surgery is recommended, our team will provide you with detailed information about your options and guide you through the next steps.

Please provide our rooms with at least 2 days’ notice during business hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
